Where does your confidence lie? In this week's article, A Time for Confidence, Dr. Stephen J. Nichols, president of Reformation Bible College and chief academic officer and a teaching fellow for Ligonier Ministries, reminds us that the Apostle Paul was extremely intelligent, ambitious, and accomplished, yet he put no confidence in the flesh, counting anything he had gained as loss for the sake of Christ. Paul’s abilities and accomplishments simply served to underscore his utter inability to achieve righteousness, teaching him, by faith, to gain Christ and be found in Him.
